valid payment history with us. Tulu & co Inc. Company reserves

If merchandises from orders required manufacturing, please allow approximately 5
weeks before we attempt to deliver the order. Delivery date can be only ESTIMATED,
NOT GUARANTEED. Items ordered from In-Stock section which consists 80% of your
entire order may be shipped out immediately. If the In-Stock items do not consist 80% of
your entire order, they will be held until the backorders are ready and they will be
shipped together. However, depends on the inventory flow, some sizes ordered from In-
Stock section might ran out at the time of order and they will require manufacturing
also.

Policy:
You may return order/ merchandise within 2 weeks from the date the order was
received.
We will not accept any returned packages without a RMA# issued by us.
(Please see Procedure below for more details)
All returned package must be shipped with a tracking number.
( i.e. UPS, Fedex, other method with insured and tracking number)
Used merchandise can not be returned, no exception.
Returned order/ merchandise will be charge 20% re-stocking fee of order/item value.
Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable, unless it is the result of our fault or
mistake.
You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges of the returning order/
merchandise.
Return Shipment with COD will not be accepted.
Procedure:
Email us at tulucoinc@yahoo.com in advance and state which order or
merchandise will be returned,
we will issue you a RMA# which you will include in your return to ensure proper return
procedure.
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to receive full refund.
Make sure you send the package back to us with a tracking number, we will not be held responsible if the shipment is lost.
Refund will be issued only when we receive the returned merchandise.
You will be credited back with the original amount minus shipping costs and re-stocking fee.

We allow our customers to change or cancel their orders within 24 hours. All changes
or cancellations must be submitted before end of 2ND day from the day the order was
placed.
If order was placed on Friday, the order is allow to changed or cancelled before end of

We provide free repair and/or exchange service to the merchandises with manufacturer
defects. No service will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence. Particular
merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, allow approximate 5 weeks
for product manufacturing.
